Our Factory
Zhengzhou Shenlong Pump Industry Co.,Ltd, a reputable professional ODM OEM water pump manufacturer in China since 1996, recognized by CE and ISO, ABS.
Shenlong pump factory has three complete casting production lines, including Expendable casting process, wax casting mold and coated sand. They can meets the different requirements on the dimensional accuracy of casting. Also, the wax casting mold line, special for stainless steel material, finished in the thermostatic workshop to guarantee the casting accuracy, meanwhile, shorten the whole production deliver time.
More than 85 sets production machine, includes grinding machine, CNC, lathe, Milling, High speed punch press machine, testing machine, with sufficient spare parts stock to guarantee the production capacity 11,000 sets per month. From material purchase, metalworking, impeller dynamic balance, motor winding, insulation and pump assembling, passed more than 27 inspection processes, to ensure the quality meeting a criterion.
